Important Notes

1. Buyer Information Verification

Dear buyer, please carefully verify your passport ID, address, name, and other information before placing the order. If the buyer's information is incorrect or if the buyer refuses the package, it cannot be delivered successfully. Our store is not responsible for any loss caused by this situation.

2. Product Inspection Upon Receipt

Since the monitor is a fragile item, we test it before shipment. The buyer must inspect the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition before signing for delivery. If the package arrives damaged, please refuse it. If the buyer signs for receipt without inspecting the product, our store will not be responsible for any resulting damage or loss.

3. Regarding Dead Pixels

Dead pixels are a common phenomenon that can occur in any brand of monitor. Our store does not offer any warranty or guarantee regarding the presence of dead pixels.
